Conducting Research

Research is our passion. We have dozens of research projects on employee well-being, diversity, employer image, organizational culture, communication, and employee engagement. We conduct HR audits and identify EVP. We conduct quantitative and qualitative research. We conduct research in Polish, English, and Ukrainian, both online and offline. Based on research results, we provide recommendations for necessary changes. We conduct workshops on working with results for boards and managers.
